From a closer place in 2000 2001 and 2002, Monumental frescas were painted underneath the Dufferin-Montmorency Highway in Québec City.
This project, first directed by experienced artist Hélène Fleury was love at first sight for artist Julie Bernier. She fulfilled herself as a mural painter and afterwards created with other colleagues the Zone-Art Group, a Mural fresca of faux-fini and decoration enterprise.
